Drum joins new housing group
On 14th December 2006 Drum Housing Association took a further step in providing affordable homes and care for those in the South. Drum has joined forces with the former Parkside Housing Group and Swaythling Housing Society to create an exciting new business group: Radian Group Limited.The new business, which will be generally known as Radian, will be formally launched in the New Year with an exciting new group website at www.radian.co.uk. The new site will give you news of the progressive plans that we have to meet the needs for affordable housing in the South.
The new group comprises organisations that are successful in their own right. Together we have formed a formidable new team to tackle the need for affordable housing and care.
We are:
- Drum Housing Association
- Longwood Park
- Portal Housing
- Swaythling Housing Society
- Turnstone Support
- Windsor Housing including Cerus Homes
- Windsor Services
We also provide care and support to 470 people through the Turnstone
Support subsidiary and Drum's Care Attendant Scheme.
