Rogue trader warning
Householders are being warned to be on their guard against doorstep callers selling mobility goods, stairlifts, adapted showers and beds. They’re also cold calling by phone offering the items at vastly inflated prices.
In some cases, residents are left with the impression that the trader is from Social Services at Hampshire County Council which is not the case. Contact Hampshire Police by dialing 101 if you are concerned.
