Drum celebrates town centre redevelopment
With nine newly completed affordable flats for local people and a 640 sq metres commercial unit leased on a 35 year contract, Drum Housing Association (DHA) have recently celebrated the successful completion of a town centre regeneration project in Alton, Hampshire. The project has taken 4 years and £1.6 million to complete and is recognised as a significant contribution to the town centre redevelopment.
